At luluto, our passion for pilates and the pursuit of body transformation led to our establishment in March 2022. Allow us to introduce luluto, our Pilates studio. Our store name, \u201cluluto,\u201d draws inspiration from the Japanese language, symbolizing our commitment to offering pilates services that lead you on the fastest and most effective journey to transform your body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After completing my university studies, I began working as a physiotherapist in a hospital, where my primary focus was helping patients with their rehabilitation. Motivated by a strong determination to improve their body alignment, I actively sought out various seminars in search of effective methods. It was during this time that I discovered PHI Pilates, an organization based in Japan, and developed a deep passion for pilates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As I integrated pilates into the treatment process, I was deeply moved by its ability to alleviate physical discomfort, improve posture, and address distortions in ways that surpassed other methods. With the hope of extending the reach of pilates to a wider audience, I started working as a personal instructor for pilates and eventually led me to open my own pilates studio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a wealth of personal experience in completing multiple pilates teaching courses and attending diverse group classes, I came to the realization that to truly deliver the \u201cshortest and most effective route to transforming your body\u201d, nothing surpasses the unparalleled benefits of one-on-one pilates classes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our staff and I strive to offer pilates classes that are not only enjoyable but also contribute to your overall well-being and body improvement. With a keen focus on enhancing body alignment, we empower you to navigate your daily activities effortlessly.
