These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set forth the conditions between the user (“User”) and luluto Pilates Studio (“Studio”) for the use of services provided by the Studio.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and other persons who access or use the Studio’s services, website, facilities, and other platforms.
Access to and use of the Studio’s services are subject to the User’s acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
The Studio reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any revised Terms will be posted on the Studio’s website. By continuing to use the Studio’s services after the revised Terms have been posted, the User agrees to be bound by the revised Terms.
The User acknowledges that the Studio may collect, use, and disclose personal data in accordance with the Studio’s Privacy Policy and applicable Malaysian law.
The Studio will not be deemed to have waived any right under these Terms unless such waiver is made in writing. A failure or delay by the Studio in exercising any right will not constitute a waiver of that right.
The User may be required to complete and sign the Studio’s relevant form before attending the User’s first session.
Article 2. Class and Session Reservations
Reservations may be made through the Studio’s official channels, including:
- The Studio’s official online platforms or WhatsApp account;

Article 3 (Cancellation Policy for Reserved Classes or Appointments)
Cancellations by the User must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled class or session.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be considered late cancellations and will not be refunded.
A cancellation will only be considered valid once it has been confirmed by the Studio through the Studio’s official communication channel.
If an instructor is unable to attend an individual appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, the Studio will arrange a replacement session on another day or at another mutually agreed time.
Article 4. Late Arrival and Early Departure
If the User is running late, the User should contact the instructor or the Studio through the Studio’s official communication channel.
Classes and sessions will end at the scheduled time. Time lost due to late arrival or early departure will not be compensated, extended, or refunded.
Article 5. Membership, Billing, Suspension, and Cancellation
5.1 Membership
Memberships may be purchased at the Studio or through the Studio’s official online communication channels, subject to the Studio’s applicable procedures.
Membership pricing, session schedules, and package details are available on the Studio’s website or may be provided by the Studio.
Memberships and sessions may not be gifted, exchanged for cash, or resold outside the Studio.
Sessions or membership packages purchased from any person or source other than the Studio will not be accepted or honoured.
5.2 Billing
Membership fees may be charged on a monthly basis through recurring payments.
Unless otherwise agreed by the Studio, monthly membership fees will be charged on the first day of each month.
When the User joins a membership, the User may be required to pay the applicable monthly fee in advance. The relevant membership period and payment terms will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Sessions attended before the membership start date may be charged separately at the applicable per-session rate.
The User is responsible for ensuring that the payment method provided to the Studio remains valid and available for payment.
5.3 Pause
As a general policy, the Studio does not offer membership suspension. However, the Studio may consider a suspension request in exceptional or unavoidable circumstances.
The User must notify the Studio of the requested suspension period by the 10th day of the month before the month in which the suspension is intended to begin.
A membership suspension may be granted for a maximum period of two (2) months unless otherwise agreed by the Studio.
If a suspension exceeds two (2) months, the membership may be cancelled. To rejoin after cancellation, the User may be required to register again at the Studio’s then-current standard pricing.
If the User wishes to return after a suspension or cancellation and continue using a previously discounted membership or package rate, a reactivation fee may be charged.
The Studio may revise the reactivation fee from time to time. The applicable fee will be communicated to the User before reactivation.
If the User does not pay the applicable reactivation fee, the membership may resume at the then-current standard rates.

Requests submitted through unofficial channels, including social media direct messages, may not be accepted as valid cancellation requests.
Requests submitted after the 10th day of the month will be processed at the end of the following month. The membership will officially end on the last day of the following month.
Membership fees will not be prorated for partial months.
5.5 Carry-Over of Unused Sessions
